* Field phase: Plan and organize the intervention, interview various members of the companies, observe, interact with the committee for health and safety at work (CHSW) ;
* Post-field phase: draft files, process data, diagnose, produce a detailed report and deliver oral recommendations to company management and CHSW.

In charge of prevention for Machinery Safety Directive and repetitive stress injury in an animal nutrition factory
* Diagnostic stage: Plan and organize the intervention, interview, visit similar factories, observe, draft files, process data, deliver oral and written recommendations ;
* Elaborate and follow changes: Create and manage working groups, lead a steering committee, develop communication tools, develop indicators, redesign work stations, and design new workspace and manufacturing protocols ;
* Provide advice and assistance for a dosimetry study and for the factory's extension project.
