    Puteaux 2007 - 2011 I was a successful Business Manager at BT Global Services. I manage the French and German local agreements of a multi million pound Global outsourcing contract signed with a major worldwide IT Company. I am responsible and accountable for the financial performance, service delivery and development of the contract reporting to a Business Director.

    The Service transferred to BT is the network operations of my customer end clients. I manage a team nearly 30 people across the 2 countries, including a technical team, a Service Manager and a Contract Manager.

    Puteaux 2001 - 2007 I was a Deal Architect in BT Global Services in France. I develop specific Solutions (CRM, Security,...) and Outsourcing business opportunities in the IT and telecommunications sector through to the closing with contracts, terms and pricing negotiations.

    This requires the qualification and subsequent development of business opportunities in direct consultation with the customer, and the establishment and maintenance of close working relationships with the account team who act as the direct channel to market.

    I am responsible for putting together the overall proposition to the Customer and to shape it such that it is articulated as closely as possible in the clients’ language and terminology, working on each workstreams (Technical, Service, Transition, Finance, Legal, Procurement).

    1999 - 2001 I was an Account Manager at BT based in Birmingham (UK), working on 2 major French Companies.

    Responsibilities included –
    • Full responsibility in Revenue delivery, revenue results, revenue forecasts, new business target and overall revenue growth.
    • Develop strategic account plan to highlight how BT and partners will engage in my accounts and to develop contact strategy, which integrates into the account plan.
    • Discuss business propositions in all IT/Telecom areas, but especially Internet, e-commerce, Global WAN (ATM, FRAME etc), LAN and PABX opportunities.
    • Full responsibility in co-ordinating resources within BT to support the account development (System Engineer, Service Manager, Project Manager, Specialists).
    • I operated at several levels within my accounts from telecoms & IT manager to Directors and Procurement teams, this enabled me to gain a full understanding of the market-place they operate in and the business opportunities that existed.
