I have over 4 years experience in implementing ITSM Tools. I previously worked as a BMC Technical consultant and developed large skills in implementing BMC Service Desk Express and BMC Remedyforce and now I work on ServiceNow implementation projects.
My main activities are to configure ServiceNow for the different ITIL processes, to integrate it with third-party applications, to provide first level support to customers and to participate in pre-sales activities such as delivering demos, comparing tools to provide customers with recommendations
