Ex. Industrial development director in charge of chemical study, 27 years experience in Phosphate industry, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and fertilizer industry;I conducted many projects study and execution.
Well-organized, passionate and goal-oriented, I make the projects assigned to me, as a noble goal. I use my skills and expertise as a solid base to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
I enjoy the innovative projects, new challenges and the responsibility of driving successful business results. Having the ability to work well under pressure, I manage to feel comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. The strategic competences I build during my long path in OCP last twenty-seven years help me readily shift between the full scales to the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each. I adapt my approach to the context and constraints of each project, knowing that no "one size" can fit all the variety of projects. I am always improving my own and my teams' skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion or project phase.
In addition, during my experience, I learn how to cultivate the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among all of a project's stakeholders: its sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and the project team members.
I got a Relevant Experience in Phosphate industry / Engineering and the ability to confidently communicate ideas and results, communicate effectively with others in similar roles worldwide, coordinates with all the Projects stakeholders, Perform root cause analysis of any issues with the performance of all the fertilizer Industry Processes and its facilities.
Presently as independent consultant with a solid experience in different fields of Phosphate industry processes and management responsibilities assigned to me during last 27 years, I feel comfortable as a responsible for multiple projects and particularly the projects related to innovative products.

    • 2011-2014: Director of chemical study related to the industrial development Program; among the projects piloted, we can list the Study of Fluosilicic acid valorization into derivative products, Project of the pilot plants for innovative products with R & D direction, soluble fertilizer Project, DCP/MCP Project, New SAFI chemical Plant.

  • OCP group - Technical Advisor at PPL (Paradeep phosphates limited) INDIA

    casablanca 2002 - 2006 • 2002-2006: Coordinator of the technical team assigned to PPL (Pradeep phosphate limited) India after it's disinvestment in February 2002, Capacity 1.2 million ton DAP. We put the plant on it’s feet after the long shutdown. Far ahead registering trouble free operation and making a sick fertilizer unit to a profit-earning unit, our contribution has derived Paradeep unit achieving records in the fields of production, energy conservation, and environment management and succeeded in making the premises zero pollution along with the wet stack of gypsum.
    In addition, our effective and operational contribution made it profit making unit after three years only.
    The tree years expatriation in India was an opportunity were I got the skills of negotiation, deal with multinational teams and management of the whole plant from
    maintenance and production, I conducted the project of treatment plant and special
    phos acid qualities. I participate in the feasibility study for the ODI's for the
    phosphoric side and Gypsum stack conception;

  • INDO MAROC PHOSPHORE - Production manager

    2000 - 2002 • 2000-2002: Commissioning of the sulfuric acid plant, Power plant, water treatment plant, seawater and the other utilities at IMACID.

  • OCP - Production manager for the six sulfuric acid plants

    Casablanca 1995 - 2000 • 1995-2000: Production manager of the six Sulfuric acid plants at MP3/4, I got the opportunity to work among the team project , MECS and Mitsui to revamp the six units and enhance the capacity production by 15% ie 16 000 TMH/ day, it was a full success project in terms of respect of planning, cost, Plants efficiency and reliability.

  • OCP group - Production Manager for the four Fertilizer plants at MP

    casablanca 1986 - 1996
    • 1986 - 1996: Commissioning of the four Fertilizer plants at MP3/4: DAP, TSP, NPK and granular MAP in addition to the ammonia storage, Fertilizer Silo storage, and rock grinding plant. Then production manager for Train C and D.
