-Cathodic protection design and monitoring system for the Hull, Utility/process tanks
and pressure vessels,
-Coating and surface treatment selection, including thermal spray, polymeric and

-Thermal insulation selection.
o In charge to perform the audit of Anodes, Coating and thermal insulation
manufacturers and audit of the Contractor, Sub-Contractor and vendor facilities in
Nigeria, China and South Korea.
-Expertise the defective items received (material, anodes and coating systems).
-Participate in workshop for Corrosion and intermetallic tests for Duplex and Super
Duplex materials according ASTM G48/46 and ASTM A923.
-Participate in workshop for Electrochemical, chemical composition and potential
check for anodic material use in cathodic protection.
-Participate in workshop for Coating durability tests and qualification according
international standard.
-Participate in commissioning for Cathodic protection system and monitoring system
o I Have performed the overall organization for the follow up of the construction
phase and manage a team composed of 3 Superintendents, 3 Supervisors and 17
Coating Inspectors, which cover the different locations of the project (Korea, Nigeria
and China),
Have performed the organization chart/job descriptions and interviews.

tanks, pipes). Manage the repairs and integrity work, associated to a FPSO on
production.
Supervise the corrosion protection, fire proofing and insulation works, as
anticorrosive coating and surface preparation by UHP, wet blast cleaning, chemical
surface treatment, passive fire proofing and thermal insulation (process).
o Inspection of the FPSO to determine repairs method and scope of work.
Experience related to a FPSO with 10 years in operation giving return on experience
regarding the corrosion protection.
