    Paris 2014 - maintenant Erection of LNG plant at Sabetta, north-east of the Yamal Peninsula, Russia. The project cost is US$27 billion. In rotation 30 days in/30 days off. Management of site logistic activities and management of the new Sabetta port. Berthing schedule, mooring vessel, customs coordination with Russian local authorities, management of stevedore company in charge of discharging, organization of trucking activities/deliveries and storage. All supply chain final activities. All these activities all around the year (winter – 43 ° C), polar night/day. More than 3 Million F/Tons of Equipment/construction offloaded/transported/discharged and stored.

Second part on Field with management of all material/equipment going through Algiers Port/Airport, co-management of offloading with stevedores, Inland transportation, Road survey for oversized cargo, discharging on final location with management of warehousing operator. Management of credit letter with Client for payment of equipment after each vessel arrival. Support of flied Project director (planning, status of payment, report of activities).

    Ivry-sur-Seine 2005 - 2008 TAKSEBT PROJECT Algeria – Agence Nationale des barrages - ALGERIA
    Construction of 605,000-cubic-metre-per-day water treatment plant and pumping station in Taksebt, Algeria. This project supplies drinking water from the Taksebt Dam to the population of four million people along the Tizi Ouzou-Algiers. Trough Algiers port: inland transportation, Road survey for oversized cargo, discharging on final location with management of warehousing.

    PUMA Project was the supply and installation of 47 receiving stations for Meteosat Second
    Generation (MSG) weather satellites in 45 African countries.
    With a team of 20 supervisors & labors, the mission was to pack as per SEILA standard and to transport to port of departure to Africa this sensitive. Ensuring the quality of packaging, delivery under strict schedule and interface with the export department of Alcatel Space.
