-Operating the Plant to the process parameters set by the Process Department and providing precise and clear log reports for shift handover and day shift departments as set out.
-Monitoring KPIs and optimizing the process within the parameters set.
-Operating the Plant to the quality parameters set by the Quality Department.
-Working in conjunction with the shift laboratory staff to monitor, and maintain process remains within targets.
-Informing Shift Coordinator of any deviations from process or quality targets implementing defined corrective actions and if necessary contacting appropriate specialist (Process or Quality).
-Assessing any faults through the DCS system contacting shift support teams directly or through Shift Coordinator, depending criticality and availability.
-Answer out of hours telephone calls, representing the company in a professional and considerate manner, logging all call details as per the company standards and informing Shift Supervisor.
-In event of any plant emergency, understand and implement the emergency response plan.
-Attend and actively participate in daily Operations meeting with CCRO Coach, Process Engineers and Quality department to assess the previous 24-hour performance.
-Undertake regular training to enhance skills and increase flexibility to operate all areas of the process.
-Support the Quality department in the collection preparation and testing of samples as and when required within scope of training given

Supervise pre-commissioning work, instrumentation commissioning, new gas compression train and re-instrumentation and signal transfer from existing installations to the new DCS control system according to specifications, plans and procedures.
Verification and approval of construction and pre-commissioning files, commissioning and functional testing of production centers HAOUD BERKAOUI site of BENKAHLA.
Installation of industrial electrical and instrumentation wiring while respecting the installation sketches and the required standards (cable pulling techniques, gland assembly, TAG installation and markings, etc.).
