    - The transfer of production between manufacturing sites ;

    Meudon 2011 - maintenant Packaging Subcontracting for SIM cards and credit cards (35 M EUR )
    * Set up a global purchasing strategy and allocate business to subcontractors, taking into
    account the market demand, sales objectives and operational constraints
    * Manage the packaging subcontracting for EMEA customers (with suppliers in EMEA
    and Asia)
    * Coordinate projects with regional buyers, harmonize processes at the group level
    * Launch RFQ, negotiate prices and contracts; run benchmarks, make or buy analysis
    * Optimize logistic flows; take into account VAT, import/export fees and transport costs
    to allocate business to subcontractors
    * Prepare the budget ;
    * Score and monitor the performance of the subcontractors
    * Source new subcontractors to adapt the portfolio to the market evolution
    * Develop new packaging designs in collaboration with Marketing
    * Coordinate the communication internally (with packaging engineers, logistics,
    planning, finance) and externally (with subcontractors)
    * Created several tools used: shared drive, quotation template, reporting, scoring ;
    * Trained and managed a purchasing intern for one year.

    Meudon 2007 - 2010 Scope: consulting, audit, IP, certification, legal fees; moving, recruitment, temporary labour, training fees; business & health insurance
    * Implemented a purchasing process and a purchasing strategy to a new portfolio (professional fees)
    * Studied and cleaned the purchasing reporting, reduced the supplier portfolio
    * Launched requests for proposals, negotiated with suppliers, signed framework agreements
    * Set up scoring tools used during and after tenders to assess suppliers proposals and the results of their missions
    * Introduced the tender process to select strategic suppliers (financial audit, M&A, strategic consulting) as well as a success fee based on the supplier’s performance
    * Renegotiated temporary labour contracts, selected four official recruitment agencies, reduced the number of HR services suppliers globally
