• Bourbon - Fast crew boat mananger

  Paris 2008 - 2010 Fast crew Boat Manager -Responsible of 53 Units Crew boats “Surfer Design”
   Responsible of the Management of Office, camp and Logistic Base.
   Attending all meetings with Clients. Ensure prompt problem resolution and action plans close out.
   Meeting with existing and prospective clients to develop deliverables for new contracts.
   Responsible to maintain and increase Client intimacy through strategic relationship with Client’s management based on a clear understanding of Client’s needs, vision and strategy.

   Reviewing, approving and signing monthly invoicing prior to submission.

• Bourbon - Base Manager in Nigeria

  Paris 2007 - 2008 Base Manager –Responsible of 41 Crew boats “Surfer Design” (Maintenance & Operations)
   Manage onshore Base asset: Guest house, tank farm, workshop, lifting equipment, passenger terminal.
   Responsible of the Logistic and daily operations of the vessels online with a client Marine department onshore.
   In Application of the Nigeria Cabotage law, I have assumed the transition between French to Nigeria crew.
  And initiate the process the flag transfer from French to Nigerian Flag registration.
   Supervise Booking & protocol for the seaman crew change.
   Responsible to follow up class and certificate documents of the vessels. Link with the class society for inspection and renewal of class certificate, Idem for Nigerian marine Merchant Authorities for annual inspection.
   Responsible of the Booking & protocol of the seaman (crew change).
   As technical supervisor conduct the survey of the new build vessel in construction made at West Atlantic Shipyard ONNE Port Harcourt Rivers State Nigeria.
   Responsible to organize clearance & temporary Importation when the vessel working in Nigeria.
   Manage the post-bid clarification phase; Participation to the clarification and negotiation phases
   Provides weekly & monthly reporting to the Technical, crewing, Business, HSE & financial dept. to the senior management.
