    Ensure a sales strategy adapted to each european market :
    Scandinavia, England, Irland, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, Greece and also eastern european countries such as Poland, Serbia, Hungary and Russia.

    - In charge of direct european key accounts such as
    hypermarkets and footwear chains
    - Hired, trained and run a european sales force (agents,
    distributors, sales people) and created 3 subsidiary in
    UK, Benelux and Scandinavia.
    - Signifficantly increased the turn-over and margin /
    country to make TSS the Leader in Europe of licenced
    children shoes
    - Negociated with key accounts and far east sourcing claims
    with regards to quality or delivery.
    - Ensured also the sales direction of France (7M€) on top
    of the export during 2 years between 2000 et 2002


    Marketing Director Europe

    - Negociated together with the Chairman of the company the
    licence agreements with : Disney, Warner Bros, Marvel,
    Dargaud group, at both local and european levels
    - Set-up marketing promotions for key accounts with the
    marketing department.
    - Represented the company outside of the office

    1995 - 2000 1995-2000 EXPORT SALES COORDINATOR
    PAGODA INTERNATIONAL EUROPE, 16 M€,
    Subsidiary of Brown shoe corp. U.S.A,
    the company will have been sold to the General
    Manager to become TSS S.A. in 1998.

    - In charge of increasing the sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland handling directly some key accounts and animating the distributors in place.

    - Participated to the sales strategy of the export department with the 2 export directors before becoming the export Director of the company 5 years later.
