     Leading validation and integration of all the services running on FCC platform (Build Phase)
     Ensuring production deployment of Fixes/Evolutions according to defined deadlines and production constraint such as 24/7
     Leading the L3 Support on RUN phase. Providing workarounds for production incident and deal with suppliers for bug fixing
     Vendor management and releases negotiation according to the defined SLA
     Making sure all service management process are applied (SLA, OLA, CAB/E-CAB, Release Mngt, Bug Fixing Crises Mngt, Support Mngt)
     Working closely with OBS to prioritize and optimize deliveries and define future strategy to ensure continuous scalability and flexibility of the FCC solution
     Providing reports and KPI of the production services and ensure that service quality standards are constantly maintained
     Dealing with crises situation and assuring dedicated meeting with stakeholders to solve urgent and complicated issues
     Lead technical meeting with both providers and customer
     Contributing on new projects definition with business owner on Think&Design Phase. i.e analyzing feasibility of the incoming projects and provide technical recommendation
     Coaching team and help them to improve their technical and soft skills.
