Responsible for:
-Leading the HR function for the country group Senegal, Mauritania, Mali and Guinea Conakry;
-Developing and delivering of all HR activities to fulfill the agreed services towards the clients (internal & external);
-Focusing on the implementation of all policies and procedures within the countries under my responsibility, in line with Corporate guidelines;
-Designing and implementing of Compensation & Benefits and retention plans in support to the local Operations;
Organizing and leading the activities of the DAKAR Training Center.
