    This website lists prices, menus, tips and reviews of consumers. TheFork offers to everyone the opportunity to compare, choose and book the best restaurant at the best price.
    TheForkManager is the software solution that allows restaurants to manage their bookings and increase revenues as well as customers' loyalty.

    My main tasks was to support the Account Managers in their daily tasks :

    - Advising partners and helping them finding the best way to increase their revenue
    - Set special offers
    - Helping restaurants to fidelize their new clients by implementing TheFork loyalty program
    - Train and accompany them to use TheFork Manager software, support E-Distribution and Marketing campaigns...
    - Install widgets on restaurant's websites
    - Interview partners in order to have their feedback of TheFork’s benefits
