My role’s as an international Field Service for Thermo Fisher Europe (CH) is to ensure the installation and customer training, maintenance, troubleshooting, for X-ray spectrometer and diffractometer. My focus area is Africa, Middle East and some European countries.
June 2007 to October 2007.
Itinerant Technician for RMS (FR), I assumed the new customer’s installation troubleshooting, astreinte 24/24 and. maintenance, on robotic milking.
November 2000 – May 2007.
I was employed by the company RMS (CH) as technical manager and service technician on robotic milking and conventional milking. I managed a team with 22 clients in robot milking (Switzerland France Italy territories) as well as planning for new construction sites, maintenance, troubleshooting, personnel management and administration (ordering technical parts and new customer installation order, billing)
I assumed in the same time troubleshooting and the astreinte 24/24 with the other technicians.
Since August 2006 I worked as Project Manager, ordering spare parts for 22 technicians. We had a customer base of 120, and managed the ordering and delivery of three new projects monthly (within Switzerland France, Italy). This involved negotiating with suppliers, management of databases for SAP, and researching new products and suppliers; based on the financial and marketing imperatives that are decided within our management team.
October 1999- November 2000.
My role was as a maintenance technician in the robotic milking society GASCOIGNE MELOTTE (FR), where I was heavily involved in the improving the reliability and system capacity and in turn ameliorating the quality of milk thus enabling the production of cheese from raw milk.

I worked as a technician with society LE HELLO (FR), whilst simultaneously completing a higher qualification diploma in maintenance and design, which specialized in hydraulic systems and automatic
this involved the maintenance and design of hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems, including subcontracting for various clients such as Renault, SKF, Philips, and GlaxoSmithKline.
