    Paris 2008 - 2010 Professional services delivery for the deployment of Pega PRPC-based BPM projects across the region.

    ♦ Projects operations support working close to the Engagement Leaders and Practice Leaders for the accounts portfolio (BNP Paribas, BBVA, Transcom, ...). >2 m€/year budget.

  • Sopra Group - Delivery Manager / Head of Telecom department at the Spain Nearshore Services Centre

    Paris 2005 - 2008 Responsible for IT projects and services delivery in an offshore model for final customers based in France.

    ♦ Construction and management of the Telecom department reporting to the Services Centre Director and to the Sopra Group Telecom division in France: >5 m€/year budget, 50-people team management, regular department activities reporting, active part in the management board of the Services Centre.
    ♦ Supervision of the projects delivery execution and customers relationship management with regular reporting (steering committees): up to 20 projects and services transferred from France, up to 6 engagements managed in parallel (>10.000 man-days/year).
    ♦ Program #1 (Orange France): Telecom self-care CRM webs for the internet and multiservices offering management, residential customers. Projects development and maintenance activities. >1 m€/year budget.
    ♦ Program #2 (SFR): mobile network configuration management applications. Projects development and maintenance activities. >1 m€/year budget.
    ♦ Project #3 (OBS): contracts management system (order management & provisioning) for the carrier offering to the enterprise customers. Projects development and maintenance activities. >1,8 m€/year budget.

    ► Achievement: construction in 2 years of the 1st department in the Services Centre, and increase of the recurrent business (from 2 to 6 long-term projects in Application Management mode).
  • Atos Origin - From Projects Manager to Project Director

    Bezons 1999 - 2005 Projects and services management within the assigned accounts portfolio. Project direction and supervision of the solutions delivery and maintenance. Coordination of local and virtual teams from shared services centres in Spain, Germany and US. Customers relationship management. Business development. Costs control (global budget ±2 m€).

    ♦ Project #1 (Vivo): customization of the BSCS product (CRM, billing & rating…) for a carrier mobile operator in Brazil. >1 m$ budget. 25-people international team.
    ♦ Projects #2 (Optimus/Novis, Uni2): application management activities, professional services and presales on BSS systems for carrier operators in Spain and Portugal. Contracts management. >2 m€/year budget.
    ♦ Projects #3 (Auna, Telefónica, ...): design, implementation and deployment of BSS Front-End applications (Local Number Portability and Automatic Preselection) for several operators in Spain (new Spanish Telecom market regulation). 15-people team.

    ► Achievement: internationalization of the BSS activities within Atos Origin Spain Telecom department.
  • Bouygues Telecom - Senior Software engineer

    Meudon 1997 - 1999 Senior developer responsible for software integration of the OSS TeMIP network management platform.

    ♦ Project #1: OSS SDH platform software integration strategy definition, activities planning, tests plans writing coordination, tests execution monitoring, main users’ interface during User Acceptance tests phase.
    ♦ Project #2: OSS GSM/DCS platform software development.
  • GIAT Industries - Software engineer

    Versailles 1995 - 1997 Software developer in the defence systems R&D department.
