Le Directeur Technique d’INEO RAIL assure un soutien au Mandataire pour la conservation de la cohérence entre les dispositions convenues lors de la phase d’Offre et celles prises dans le cadre de la réalisation, pour tous les points de clarification nécessaire dans l’application des obligations du Contrat.
Il prépare les éléments d’organisation et les éléments techniques nécessaires aux opérations de maintenance du Produit.
Il intervient auprès du Directeur de Projet s’il détecte un aspect de réalisation du Produit rendant impossible ou anormalement longue, une opération de maintenance.
Il met en œuvre les obligations de préparation maintenance du Contrat, en particulier concernant la formation et la constitution du Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés.
Il tient à jour le dossier des études de Fiabilité – Maintenabilité – Disponibilité.
Par délégation du Directeur de Projet, il a autorité pour discuter avec les représentants du Client de la future maintenance pour organiser l’appropriation du produit par ses futurs exploitants.
Il a autorité pour mettre au point le contenu du programme de formation à la maintenance avec le Directeur des Essais. et organiser le cas échéant une mise en pratique pendant les essais.
