As Quality Assistant, Laboratory Manager and HACCP Team member I actively participate in SCASA audit preparation and certification in IFS, BRC Food and further more where I demonstrate and achieve strong knowledge. I also achieved course in Seafood HACCP given online by the Cornell university in accordance with US FDA regulations.
MBA student in Total quality management, food safety and Food processing and food safety profesionnal, I have strong skills in Food safety standards, Microbiology, Quality Environment and Occupational Health Safety systems and Standards such as: IFS, BRC, ISO 7218, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 (ISO 22000 and PAS 220), ISO 17025, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, SEAFOOD HACCP and also in Quality auditing (ISO 19011), Prerequisite Programs (GMP, GHP) and Good Laboratory Practices.
I also have experience in internal quality auditing, procedures, SCPs, SOPs and manual writing in accordance with ISO 10013 (Documentation).
