En résumé

Suite à des études de Langues Etrangères Appliquées (anglais / allemand), j'ai rejoint l'ESCP afin développer ma compréhension des fonctions de l'entreprise.

Accenture m'a permis de travailler sur des programmes de transformation de grande envergure en France et à l'étranger (Allemagne, UK, USA, Afrique du sud, Île Maurice).

Après 10 ans dans le conseil, j'ai évolué vers des fonctions internes au sein d'Accenture en mettant à profit mes compétences de chef de projet et responsable d'équipe.

    Paris 1996 - maintenant Having delivered multiple large-scale projects during the past years in France and in the UK, I am looking for a position in an organisation department or as a programme manager within a company (not consulting).

    As a strong project manager, I have also recently specialised in Business Change & Implementation roles for clients such as SILCA in Paris (Data processing center for Crédit Agricole, Crédit Lyonnais & Calyon), Barclays in London, AXA and Groupama-Gan in Paris.

    As an example, I was the planning lead for the Business change & Implementation Team on the Barclays' internal project to ensure the bank's compliance with the new European regulations in mortgage sales and general insurance for the Barclays’ 13 networks, London (31,000 users (April 04’-Jan. 05’))

    Previously, I had also developed functional competencies in P&C insurance and Agents networks working for :
    - AXA on the roll-out of their new marketing & sales system release (2005 - 4,000 users),
    - Gan, on the functional and organisational impact analysis of the system changes and the implementation of a new ‘Property & Casualty’ information system (2001 - 2003 for 4,000 end-users),
    - AGF - Allianz - Athena on the functional and organisational impact analysis of the unified ‘Property & Casualty’ information system (1998 - 2000)
