  2008 - 2009 Duties :
  - Represented the company on site during working meetings and on-site inspections with the client,
  - Anticipated, organized and followed the material purchase activities,
  - Ensured the weekly progress follow-up and reporting for the subcontractor's works on site. Ensured as well subcontractor monitoring and control,
  - Handled the coordination between the site team, Moscow project team and the subcontractor,
  - Provided a technical support during erection works and commissioning,
  - Company responsible for safety during commissioning phase,
  - Ensured the correction of punch lists items.
  
  Project : Lafarge Voskresensk (Moscow Region - 100km from Moscow)
  - New workshop - four silos, cement transport and dispatch system.
  - Modernization of an existing workshop - closed circuit of two existing cement grinding lines.
  - New workshop - one closed circuit cement grinding line.
  
  Field : electricity 0.4/6kV
  
  Specific aspects :
  - Corrosive environment (cement),
  - Russian factor : winter temperatures reaching 27°C below zero, involving difficulties for installation works,
  - Client's specific requirements for all process and utilities equipments,
  - Limited time window allowed for the performance of some of the works depending on the production stops of the factory.
