Isabelle ISTRIA joined HORTON INTERNATIONAL in 2004. She leads in Paris the Construction, Utilities and Energy Practice. She has been involved in strategic searches to find senior level Executives on the domestic or international market for various clients. She conducted many assignments with large international groups in the Electricity, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Nuclear, LNG, Petrochemical, Water, Waste management and Maritime sectors, staffing various functional or operational positions.
Prior to joining Horton International, she had a long experience in Human Resources.
She has a Master degree in Communications and a MBA. She started working with KPMG in 1987 as an HR consultant. In 1992, she joined Andersen Consulting as a recruiting and training manager, then she moved to Atlanta – Usa for a year. Back to France, she started her own executive search firm in 1996 specialized in IT, Insurance and Industrial Services.
