    Elaboration of a strategic plan for developing the next generation of sachet shampoo for the Philippines market. Preparation of market studies, lab test in coordination with Mexico and a consumer test in the Philippines.
  • Colgate-Palmolive - Short Term Assignement - Consumer Innovation Center- Mexico

    Bois-Colombes 2012 - 2012 Creation of a new innovation plan in order to accelerate innovation process for mouthwash Plax family in LATAM which was approved in the IPM, moving the innovation process from 19 to 2 months only.

    Preparation of the all marketing strategy to launch innovations in a new segment. Development of the claims tracker, IMC brief, marbete, artwork, packaging copy and dummies for new product.

    Creation of a new innovation plan based on research and benchmarking on innovation. Presentation of a new strategy to provide open innovation through crowd sourcing in Colgate-Palmolive to accelerate the generation of new ideas and concepts as well as increasing the number of disruptive or complementary innovations in LATAM markets.

    Co-creation of a viral marketing campaign for Maxfresh toothpaste, elaboration of advertising campaign for social network and development of specific questionnaires to determine the impact of the campaign on customers..
  • Win-Sourcing - Dirigeant

    2010 - 2012 Initiation and implementation of a first stage consulting company in the incubator of EM Lyon Business School, financed by the Chamber of Commerce of Lyon, in order to create a company which is specialized in business services and business sourcing for small companies and incubators.

    Development of strategic planning for small companies with a high potential of development and short level of selling. Use of marketing and strategic tecnics to implement the results and utilities of the clients.

  • HOT SAILS MAUI - Strategic Manager

    2010 - 2010 Realization of a market study, proposition and plan for a new short and long term business strategy, therefore we entered new markets and started distribution in South Korea, Baltic’s states and fortifying the French market.

    Initiation of a new marketing campaign named “Create your own Sail” linking to a website that specialized in customizing sails. This strategy was used to differentiate the brand from the competitors. Establishment of a new submarket for the sail model Superfreak and creation of more than 400 different types of deigns.

    Implementation of the existing database system and introduction of a new generation QR barcode system in order to know in real time the results and product needs of each national distributor. Improvement of global supply chain management.
  • Air France - Intern

    Roissy CDG 2009 - 2009 Proposition, creation and development of a new Excel system in order to improve the management of financial information.

    - Replication of the system for the principal IATA travel agencies of Kinshasa, simplifying the management of financial stream from travel agencies to Air France.

    - Initiate an analysis of corporate clients like Coca-Cola, UN, UNICEF, Embassies, in order to present them new offers and negotiate new contracts. Increase of net profits by 27% in 3 months for business class.

    - Creation of an intranet system for the work force of Air France West Africa, integrating and updating all the internal procedures of the company. Training all employees on how to use the new system.
