    * Important member of the Bel Group team that facilitated setup of the Bel Sahar joint venture,
    an excellent opportunity for Bel (Sahar Dairy produced 8000 tonnes of white cheese)
    * Skilfully built joint venture's Finance and Accounting department - recruited high-calibre
    talent and led a team of 15 personnel for managing finance, accounting, IT, and HR functions
    o Established budgets and forecast, monitored internal/ external audits, and made
    recommendations for improvements in inventory levels/ margins/ working capital
    o Reduced working capital cycle from 55 days to 42 days by renegotiating milk suppliers'
    agreement and reducing stock of raw materials
    o Implemented Hyperion Financial Management system for monthly reporting and
