En résumé

My current work aims to identify animal models of human malformation syndromes that affect organogenesis. As part of this project I adapted a strategy of next-generation sequencing that allowed me to rapidly map new mutations using small numbers of affected animal. This is applied to a phenotype-driven project, using ENU mutagenesis as a means of creating random mutations throughout the genome.
