I am currently working as a Service Manager for Microsoft in Paris suburb, I’ve been working on Microsoft since almost 8 years now starting as a Support engineering and then I have joined Operations team 3 years ago on which I have mainly helped on setting up some MOF/ITIL processes within my organization and also some software/hardware consolidation on the main Parisian Datacenters.
My most famous skillset are basically program management, high level knowledge on Operations , Service Management including ITIL/PRINCE2/COBIT5 fields, Cross team collaboration and negotiation ability … among others of course
I have always been able to establish and sustain excellent relationships with customers and coworkers at all levels. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies when necessary.
Although ITSM remains one of my essential duties, I am quite attracted by the its interaction with Finance related aspects.
