2. Key focus on Growing revenue outbound and inbound from the country
3. Increase contribution of the portfolio through reducing cost of sale, moving significant portion of bookings to the web and measuring ROI of marketing and promotional activities
4. Identify and recruit new opportunities within the segment
5. Build industry knowledge and expertise, provide training, guidance and feedback to Sales team
6. Develop and maintain relationships with the identified portfolio
7. Communicate and monitor in sales activity to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach in line with Hertz strategies
8. Support the strategic direction of Hertz and the portfolio through the effective use of the marketing funds
9. Work closely with marketing to develop detailed marketing and promotion plans for the portfolio
10. Work with the Automation team to streamline and improve current distribution systems within your portfolio
11. Represent France within this segment as part of the Travel Distribution CoE
12. Represent Hertz at sector targeted events and associations
