I work since 30 years in big industrial groups such as Cegelec, Alstom, Converteam, General Electric, in the large Rotating Machines business at various positions of management and in different functions of leader.
As Technical & Engineering director for the past 14 years, I managed large technical team’s multi physics (mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, thermal, dynamic, system, design...) in highly demanding industrial environments such as the navy, nuclear, power, the Oil & Gas, renewable energy. I led the development of new products, the transfer of technology between our various sites and the transformation of the local organization in global international organization.
As Leader & Manager, I have developed a strong experience in the management of large teams in France but also internationally in multi-site, in a matrix organization up to 400 peoples shared in 8 countries. I am therefore familiar with different cultures, different types of organization, virtual teams and multi-site management.
As head of operation, I lead industrialization, manufacturing lines, internal & external logistic, warehouse, Engineering, R&D. I led the Manufacturing program for quality of Alstom, inter sites production transfers and especially the transformation of the Organization business/process in autonomous production unit with the support of the Renault's IRQM quality Institute. I led the creation of a production line with the method “technology demand Flow” with the support of the worldwide flow college. I participated in the construction and transfer on our new site in production line. I have been therefore trained in lean and accompanied the necessary cultural change in my tem.
In these positions, I have gained a strong industrial & technical culture in mechanic, dynamic, noise & vibration, electro-mechanic, and also a very good knowledge in tools like Lean, DFT, Hoshin, 5s, AMDEC, 8 d, 6 Sigma, VAVE, Team Center and SAP, Pro_E, ANSYS, Primavera, Sales Force...
