En résumé

Experienced HR Generalist and Business Partner in operations and support function on French and international perimeters.

After a 9 month internship in the Expatriation Platform of Rhodia Ldt, in London (UK) in 2002, I have joined Schneider Electric in 2003 as International Mobility Administrator.
In 2006 I have integrated the Iberian & International Operating Division as HR Project Coordinator, based in Barcelona (Spain) in charge of implementing global HR projects in countries. I pursue this position on Europe Operating Division from 2007 to 2008.
In 2009 I took the head of HR of Schneider Electric International (subsidiary in charge of the operations in Africa & French over-sea territories), taking away a great experience of direct partnership with business operations, with a key role in sales and project execution organization design, recruitement & coaching to support the growth & business model transformation of the entity.
Recently, I have joined the global Industry Business Unit as HRBP for central functions of the BU on the one hand and HR Representative of the BU Industry for France on the other hand. I am now based in Carros, headquarter of Schneider Automation S.A.

I have a Master in Political Sciences from IEP Grenoble (2002) and a Master in Human Resources Management from Paris La Sorbonne (2003). The topic of my Masters research were “The elephants like the Mau-Mau. The conflicts between people and animals in Kenya” (2002) and “HR processes & practices of the « socially responsible » compagny” (2003) : 2 very different topics but both illustrating my passion for sustainability issues, human behaviours and interaction between people and planet.
In Schneider Electric, I have attended several Leadership development programs.
