Management of 23 people in a multicultural and matrix organization.
In charge of a business of 60 M Euros and 12 ME margin
Responsible of 2 Business Unit : fine chemicals (10 ME turnover),
: formulation which includes detergency, textile, lubricant
wood preservation and paper industry. (50 ME turnover)
Main tasks:
* Integration of the Benelux team (4 people) into the French team following the restructuring
of the Azelis Group. The organization changed from countries to regions. France and Benelux were merged to become a single entity. Part of this new function was to reorganize the responsibility of principles and sectors within the region, to set up common ways of working , reporting, common bonus systems
* Recruitments in Benelux ./ France (product Mangers, sales force and inside sales) ;
* Set up yearly Budget and regular follow up during the year. ;
* Implement and follow developments / changes within the company strategy. ;
* Active participation of the regional Comex ;
* Participation of the Azelis European meetings for Fine chemicals and Performance ;
* Participation each year at Chemspec and Cphi ;

Management of a team of 19 people.
During that period the turnover went from 10 to 25 M Euros
Main tasks:
* Search for new suppliers
* Yearly budget ;
* Set up of targets, bonus and objectives for sales people and product managers ;
* Recruitment ;
* Monthly reporting for the management (P&L)

From this period on India became one of the top partner countries for the Business Unit.
