  As maintenance manager, I was involved in every heavy operation of maintenance. I organized then followed each annual stop on each big machine, particularly power generators. All clearances and gaps were checked, MMS (Bently Nevada 3500) sensors was calibrated. Shafts and gearbox checked with oil analysis to see if any abrasion is present, alignments checked with laser sensors.

• Veolia Water - Project Manager

  Paris 2011 - 2012 Design management of Electricity/Instrumentation/System for an EPC project for a sludge incinerator plant: 2000 tpd of sludge coming from 11 waste water treatment plants: 23 persons
  Project composed of:
  * 4 kiln-boilers 32 t/h, 42 b
  * 2 steam turbines with 14 MW generator ;
  * Sea water treatment to produce process and drinkable water ;
  * Plant waste water treatment ;
  * All utilities as 4x 250 kW air compressors, 1x4 MW diesel generator ;
  * General management of studies ;

• Technip - Area Manager

  Paris 2007 - 2011 Management of multicultural team, for cost, detail design and planning: 48 persons
  * Area Lead Engineer for a Nickel plant in New Caledonia. Supervisor of various packages :
  * 2x150 MW CFB Boiler
  * 2x135 Steam Turbines
  * 2x50 MW Gas Turbines
  * Utilities ;
  * Approval of documents for those various packages ;
  * Contact with client an vendors to finalize the project
  * Erection, pre-commissioning and starting up of this area
  For pre commissioning I checked deeply all manufacturers procedures high pressure welding was analysed by  ray radiography. All alignment reports was checked and archived. Refractory drying then cooking was registered according to procedures. Bolts and gaskets was checked to install right quality at right place

• Veolia Water - Project Management

  Paris 2006 - 2007 multicultural team for cost, detail design and planning: 12 persons
  * Cost and planning management ;
  * Supervision of electricity and control studies. Approval and consulting for all motors, high power VFD, monitoring of all rotating machines.
  * Approval of all sensors and HART or Fieldbus networks on Delta V system, reviews with Vendor in Dubai
