Manager d'équipe (60 personnes) :
o Equipe de 40 développeurs / 20 intégrateurs,
o Reporting au Directeur des Opérations,
o Mise en place de la stratégie d’entreprise de développement logiciel et d’intégration – Factory Modèle,
o Mise en place des ‘’best practice’’ de développement et d’intégration (Tests Unitaires, Codes Review, Environnement de développement i.e. Maven, Nexus, SonarQube),
o Proposition d’axes d’évolutions stratégiques,
Directeur de Projet / Programme:
• Building a Coastal Surveillance System for a country in the Middle-East,
• Surveillance based on Maritime Surveillance Radar, Camera, AIS, Radio Direction Finder, VHF,
Role : Under the responsibility of a Program Manager
• Project Controlling (as per PMI standards – PMI certification on-going), mainly focusing on Requirment, Scope, Cost, time, Team Management,
• Technical Management of teams including Development Team (up to 30 people),
• Organization of comparative trials (in Europe & in Country), Working Groups (in Europe & in Country) in order to support end customer decisions to build-up / refine the final implementation of their system,
