En résumé

Ingénieur diplômé, j'ai réalisé ma carrière au sein du groupe Renault, d'abord dans le secteur de l'ingénierie process, puis aux Achats et enfin à la Supply Chain. J'ai une importante expérience de management , dans tous les secteurs concernés aussi bien en France qu'à l'étranger; j'ai passé plus de 12 ans dans des filiales internationales du groupe en Suède, Brésil, Colombie et maintenant Iran , et donc je suis très familier avec le management en milieu multi-culturel. J'apprécie d'avoir une bonne autonomie de décision tout en recherchant de manière permanente à améliorer l'efficacité du travail en équipe.
Qu'est ce qui me motive ? développer mes collaborateurs, les nouveaux projets de développement, réduire les coûts et bien sûr travailler à l'international.
Que fais-je en dehors du travail? des activités de plein air en fonction des possibilités du lieu. Je suis 100% adepte de la maxime " un esprit sain dans un corps sain " !

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - maintenant Supply Chain VP , Renault Pars ( Automotive, 300 p)
    Managing a 50 p. team, I succeeded in maintaining supply activities in tough international and
    economic conditions.
    I reduced the average inventory by 23% in one year ,while the production output increased by 8%.
    I reduced fixed costs by 21% in one year in local currency, in spite of a 150% devaluation of local
    currency and taking over new perimeter on custom clearance activities and packaging engineering.
  • Renault - Transportation Capacity Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2008 - 2011 I implemented worlwide databases in order to forecast transportation capacity for Renault Group on a 3 years range.
    After 2011 Tohoku (Japan) tsunami crisis, I was appointed, in addition of my normal duties, Task Force pilot to improve electronic components procurement, which had been severely harmed. My team helped to limit strongly Renault losses and define new monitoring for these tier 2 parts.
  • Renault Colombie (SOFASA) - Purchasing Director

    2003 - 2008 I engineered and implemented a 8 MUSD supplier development program on 3 years to improve global competitiveness. Program's funding was shared with Colombian Ministry of Industry (50%), another OEM (12,5%) and suppliers(25%).Regarding a 250 M EUR /yr purchasing budget , it helped to decrease by 21 % parts prices, and cut by 3 quality incidents.
  • Renault - Industrial Facilities Supplier Account Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2000 - 2003 I managed an 200 M EUR /yr purchasing budget, getting an average cost reduction of 5% /yr.
    I resulted as a key player for the success of greenfield or brownfield projects in Brazil, Russia, Turkey,Slovenia and Western Europe., including turnkey plant contract negotiation.
  • Renault do Brazil - General manager Curitiba Plant Process Engineering

    1996 - 2000 I hired and trained a team of 75 brazilian engineers ,to make the start of production of a 600 M EUR brand new vehicle plant, built and launched in less than 24 months.
  • Renault Flins - Final assembly Process engineering General manager

    1994 - 1996 Managing a 65 persons team, I leaded the plant process engineering and the ramp-up of a new trim, chassis and testing line (40 M EUR ) , without unforeseen losses.
  • Volvo AB Goteborg - Process engineering Project manager

    1993 - 1994 I was part of the first common platform project for Renault with other OEM, implementing simultaneous engineering , in a multicultural environment.
  • Renault Sandouville - Final assembly Process engineering Manager

    1989 - 1993 As head of a 25 persons team, I was in charge for the plant process engineering and ramp-up of a new trim and chassis line, with simultaneously new vehicle launching.
