    o Pricing Performance:
    - Understand complex pricing structure (discount, rebates, contracts, partnerships) from business drivers to IT system
    - Evaluate pricing strategy performance for Business Plan, Budget , Customers’ negotiations and Forecast
    - Monthly analyze Price Performance on key products vs. Budget, Previous Year, Last Plan, Calendar and Season
    - Alert in case of major Pricing deviation and propose potential ways to reduce risk exposure on key pricing issues
    o Pricing Process:
    - Formalize, update and promote Pricing Process to coordinate Price Targets , Price Change and Closing activities
    - Create and lead monthly Review Meeting with Commercial Department and Customer Service to coordinate rebates payment and accruals updates
    o Pricing Control: Guarantee provisions on revenues (discounts, rebates, contracts): Sox compliant, interface with external and internal Audit

    • Business Unit Financial Planning and Analysis: monitor financial performance through an appropriate balance of short, medium and long term financial planning and timely reporting for a new Business unit

    o Track P&L against Budget and Last Year
    o Provide analysis to Business Units Head on monthly results (Net Sales/Gross Profit/Opex/Business Contribution)

    • Project Management: takes project from initial to implementation

    o Commercial Changes project: build and promote channel program benchmark, animate commercial and Marketing teams on new commercial conditions, push for transactional-value pricing and value chain analysis implementation

    • Syngenta Business Development Community Member: develop internal network to capture and promote other business areas’ best practices
