* Effective monitoring of the performance of power engineers to ensure that good air conditioning, GENSET, SOLAR systems, Deep cycle battery systems maintenance practices are strictly followed, ;
* Ensure that contract terms for generator and air conditioners are strictly adhered to by
all vendors,
* Liaise with projects to ensure that all power AC issues are totally resolved before new
new sites are handed over to Radio Access Department,
* Provide energy saving solution for BTS and buildings, ;
* Responsible for acceptance test of all newly installed generators and air conditioners, ;

* Budget planning of Electricity bill for BTS sites, Switching centres and buildings and
ensure that bills are paid promptly to avoid disconnection,

* Serve as alternate backup for Network Operation Manager ;
* Check and improve the power supply system in Switching centres and BTS to improve
their availability and reliability ( redesign of some parts of network, implement new
solutions, good practices,...)
