people management and demonstrate great leadership, from building strong relationships with others business units across the world or clients or vendors to effective communication cross the geography, from understanding customer’s wants and needs to transforming them to services and revenue, from developing services offerings to succeeding in market penetration, from running a Business (P&L) and deliver the figures to negotiating with large clients and vendors.
I have covered all the aspects related to Technical support offering, from defining the needs, developing the offering, selling it, delivering it and owning the business.
