    - Core Banking System selection project :
    + Analysis and assessment of CBS market solutions
    + Definition of final report for decision by bank management

    - Core Banking System (Flexcube) implementation program set-up across 5 countries (3 in East Europe and 1 in Latin America):
    + High level analysis of the pilot subsidiaries (Albania, Bulgaria and Romania) regarding :
