Currently quality manager for Delphi Diesel light Duty in Blois I’m looking for new challenges in quality. Indeed after 7 years in Bosch breaking system and 10 years in Delphi Diesel system I’m interested in bringing my experience to your company.
I have multiple experiences in development and reliability as I have been responsible of development of different products (Booster, Master cylinder, Breaking compensating valve, common rail injector) and also in quality as I have been working with Bernard Salomez and Denis Bataille in Bosch Breaking system quality department and I’m now in charge of customer satisfaction for Delphi Diesel again in quality department.
In this last function, I’m managing 8 groups of customer satisfaction and data analyst in the world. Korea, China, India, Germany, France, UK are frequent travels location to support my 45 engineers team. We are the link between the customers and our plants/development engineers all over the world (Singapore, India, China, Romania, Turkey, Brazil and France).
Managing 0km and field claim statistic our main activity is problem resolution and tracking for many car maker like Honda, VW, Daimler, PSA, Renault, Hyundai, SsangYong, JCB, various Chinese and Indian OEM, etc… Multiple products are involve as I’m in charge of the total common rail system (Pump, Rail, Injector and Electronic Control Unit, Sensors). This is a fantastic challenge to work for the emission reduction at more than 2000bars. The pressure is not only on the fuel but also on quality to provide the best performance products. The works never ends to achieve excellence!
During my career I’ve developed different skills in order to be able to solve problems with methodologies like Shainin, 8D, 5 why, process and design FMEA. Weibull, SPC, Reliability calculation are used in many occasions. One of my best skills is human contact and my management still is to put everybody in the same direction with a trust and listening.
