Following many years of experience in various countries I have built a strong believe on how hospitality , related to its basic roots, should be delivered to guest.

I would modify Mr Hilton say that the key to success are the 3L: location, Location, Location into the 3 P: People, People, People!

I truly believe that our industry ‘s success is solely based on the interaction between guest and associates, thus our main focus as managers should target on how to provide to our team the best tools to happily interact with guest.

Personally I am convinced that the recruitment is the most important phase of the all process; personality, empathy, willingness of making people happy and overall ability of taking decision are the key for a successful recruitment.

Off course the overall spirit and energy of the team and its managers coupled with adequate training and personal development also play an important role in creating the sense of hospitality that should lead the property to its success.

I am a manager that leads by example, hard worker and fully dedicated to guest satisfaction, unhappy of anything short of perfection, very demanding but also able to grant the recognition that every member of the team deserves.

I have built my past successful career on people, with people and for people, and I am proud to say that without them I would have not achieved what I did.

Off course quality and service are, in today’s world , not enough to secure the profitability that each property looks for; for this reason I am personally completely involved in the marketing aspect of the business, focusing especially on the revenue management side, keeping a tight control on all distribution channels , monitoring OTA,s versus own website , creating innovative strategy : my last opening property has achieved the highest MPI in town for almost a consecutive 10 months!

    * Created the organisation and hotel chains from scratch, managed and ensured overall smooth operations of all related hotels and resorts.
    * Recruited, trained and motivated employees as well as controlled and maintained Domina Hotel's standards in the market by centralising sales and marketing activities.

    2003 - 2005 * Managed the entire infrastructure of the 200-room Tahiti Sheraton, the 104-room Moorea Sheraton and the Luxury collection 120-room Bora-Bora Nui. This included sales and marketing activities and recruiting employees as well as daily operations management and control. ;

    2001 - 2003 * Handled and controlled daily operations of three hotels consisting 460 rooms. ;

    * Responsible for hotel divisions' operations comprising seven hotels contributing to over 30% of total revenue of the company.
