My role is
•To build and maintain strong customer/carrier relationship at multiple levels (C-levels, Sales, marketing, Product and Technical teams)
•To identify sales opportunities and maximize the acquisition of new BlackBerry subscribers in the market
•To ensure that the BlackBerry proposition remains competitive in the market
•To develop common strategy, to coordinate and execute commercial activities with carrier and Business partners.
•To develop and enable channel activities with carrier sales teams
•To participate in sales meetings to promote awareness and stimulate demand for BlackBerry through these channels.
•To work with RIM marketing to deliver and execute quarterly marketing programs including product and services updates/roadmaps, program overviews, sales incentives and customer promotions for retailers and carrier channel teams.
•To drive Sell-in, Sell-out and Demand activities.
•To interact with internal departments in RIM organization to ensure proper handling of customer requirements (Technical, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal).
