market share. We have succeeded to integrate the Ingredient and Flavour team of Danisco to fulfil the
target.
* Lactalis Nestlé Produits Frais : Create a complex International business plan for all their segments in Dairy,
Cheese and Food Service. Active participation in Parmalat integration. We have been selected as preferred
supplier and have increased our marketshare by more than 15%.
* Vanilla Business : In France we have reached 15% of Market Share, a plan has been defined to reach 14%
in Europe (today 9%)
* In the last 5 years, the turnover increase has been above the market, around 6% each year.
* Unilever Bestfood: we have won 80% of the business in dressing sauce after an invitation to bid; we have
