En résumé

Through my professional experiences, I have had the opportunity to work in various departments, from conception to production drawings, and from military and civil aerospace programs giving me exposure to different and varied situations.

As an international worker, I am able to adapt quickly and efficiently to my working environment. Positive and
eager to succeed, I pick up skills quickly and apply them successfully, through both the use of initiative and the ability to comprehend instructions.

In terms of personality, I feel that I am trustworthy, ethical, well organized with an attitude of self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve goals. I am a good team player who can work in a team environment and coordinate with other engineers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Entreprises

  • Bombardier Aerospace - Test Lead Engineer, Bombardier Aerospace, Montreal

Montréal 2015 - maintenant Test engineer at first, then test lead engineer in the second on Rig ISTCR, I prepared, set up, realized, and insured the conformity of the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and avionic tests for Cseries certification.
The following tasks were performed to accomplish this goal:
    - Preparing and executing tests with the support engineers and technicians.
    - Frequent communication and collaboration with a variety of customers (Transport Canada, Work pack, DAD)
    - Operating data collection systems and various test software programs (Labview, CAE Software)
    - Commissioning of various systems (Loading system, Hydraulic)
    - Execute maintenance plan for various aircraft systems.
  • Bombardier Aerospace - Mechanical Design and Mechanical design Lead, Bombardier Aerospace, Montreal

Montréal 2013 - 2015 Design lead on Integrated Systems Test Rig (iron bird) for CSeries program, I am responsible for facilitating configuration, upgrades and coordinating mechanical activities including structural design, instrumentation, hydraulics and supplier liaison.
I implemented the necessary changes through engineering documents in support of tests during qualification and certification of aircraft.

The following tasks were performed to accomplish this goal:
    - Overcome design versus schedule by maintaining an overview of activity, communicating with the principal responsible and communicating issues in a timely manner.
    - Received detailed instructions and requests for drafting of system installations covered by standard practices.
    - Find solutions to complex issues (Troubleshootings)
    - Create documents to capture ISTCR configuration versus Production configuration to meet certification requirements.
    - Raise and manage non-conformance reports.
    - Working on a team focused on customer needs.
  • Bombardier Aerospace - Mechanical Design Lead, Bombardier Aerospace, Montreal

Montréal 2012 - 2013 In this role I was the Turbomeca liaison to Bombardier for the integration of the APU on Global 7000/8000. I was responsible for the concept design up to delivery of Interface Control Drawings.

The following tasks were performed to accomplish this goal:
    - Define interface points and Fittings with the structural supplier of the tailcone.
    - Define Exhaust and Inlet Duct geometry and implement solutions with Tailcone structure.
    - Define Door actuation system and design parts (Door, links, actuator, fittings).
    - Demonstrate all system Installations (APU, door, generator) and feasibility to replace any spare parts during aircraft operation life as generator or door.
    - Prevent any APU clashes with structure if APU links break.
    - Respect requirements of transport Canada concerning the air loads on the door versus flight phase and anticipate catastrophic scenarios.
    - Managed data flows in and out, created and managed the DMU for use both internally and externally.
  • ECM - Mechanical design, Dassault Aviation, Mérignac

velizy villacoublay 2008 - 2012 My task was to create suitable repairs for all kinds of damages (bird strikes, Structure corrosion, cracks) and coordinate my engineering with methods. I improved my tooling skills and modified my approach for repair solutions.

The following tasks were performed to accomplish this goal:
    - Prepare and interpret mechanical drawings, prepare detail part drawings, subassembly drawings and bills of material.
    - Assign part numbers and classification codes in accordance with Dassault standards.
    - Receive detailed instructions and requests for drafting of system installations covered by standard practices.
    - Deliver design and drawings according to required project timeframes and standards by coordinating and supervising project members.
    - Overcome design versus schedule by maintaining an overview of activity, communicating with the principal responsible and communicating issues in a timely manner.
    - Maintain consistent design standards across project.
  • Pharaon - Dessinateur industriel

    Saint-Amand-les-Eaux 2006 - 2007 modélisation et étude d'appareil d'aspiration industriel sous solid works 2007
