In charge of Finance, Administration, Supply Chain, Internal Control, Procurement and IT for Thailand & Myanmar (200 M € sales), leading a team of 60 people in a shared services organization. Pilot and enhance the performance of Sanofi operations, develop streamlined tools, systems and processes, help fostering the business partnering and asset protection roles of the Finance team, support BD and acquisitions.
Key achievements:
- Turnaround a 5 years declining business into a new structure growing double digit and above market, thanks to reorganization, resource allocation, product launches (Pharma+Vaccine)
- Reduction of turnover from >20% to <5% by training and coaching local Finance team
- Development of local talents to Senior positions and international mobility programs
- Successful interim of General Manager position during 6 months
- Creation of a Legal Entity and multiplying sales by x4 in Myanmar in 2 years

- Implementation of 250 “Key Controls” across the organization, improvement of internal audit rating from “weak” to “adequate” in 2 years for Animal Health division
- Optimization of working capital by reducing DSO by -10% and improving forecast accuracy
