    2014 - maintenant RTE prepare the opening of the electricity market in a long-term approach to the design and operation of tomorrow's grid. Stanway is a RTE project to study, implement and design a standard SCADA from the Energy Market solution. The SCADA needs to support Control rooms for the whole France transmission network.

    My tasks focused on Real-time/SCADA functions, system administration functions and included:

    * Writing the specifications for the SCADA project tender in order to implement a Framework Agreement,
    * Defining rating criteria to assess the future suppliers,
    * Coordination within the project: risk analysis and planning management,
    * Identifying risks and solutions to mitigate those risks of the implementation project of a new SCADA in the RTE control rooms.

  • Freelance - SCADA Engineering, IT consultant for RTE

    2014 - 2014 We studied the baseline of the 5 biggest SCADA-EMS on the market to check the scalability, the modularity and the Baseline features. The study covered ABB Network Manager, GE PowerOnReliance, PSI PSIControl, SIEMENS Spectrum Power 7 and Alstom e-terra platform.

  • ALTEN SIR Global Testing Services - SCADA Engineering, IT consultant for RTE

    Boulogne Billancourt 2013 - 2014 SMARTe, delivered by Hydro-Québec, is a Real Time Power Network Simulator for qualification of protection devices and for implementation and maintenance of HVDC/SVC.

    My duties on SMARTe included:

    * Implementing and maintaining the backup solution ;
    * Managing releases ;
    * Troubleshooting with non-IT employees.

  • ALTEN SIR Global Testing Services - SCADA Engineering, IT consultant for RTE

    Boulogne Billancourt 2009 - 2014 My duties on the SRC System run included:

    * Assisting with the implementation of changes: technical study, specifications. Coordinating and qualifying the SRC releases on the XXX RTE Control Rooms with backup,
    * Production engineering
    * Troubleshooting and supplier management. Support the technical operators activity and write the technical documents,
    + Implementing the framework of Service Level Agreements for my activity (Quality Insurance Plan, Service convention, contract indicators and reversibility plan) and managing steering committees.

    2006 - 2009 My duties on the SRC System build included:

    * Deploying SRC Systems on site ;
    * Putting in place ongoing support, IT administration and maintenance,
    * Training the technical operators for IT administration and maintenance (materials, planning and animation),
    * Managing test and maintaining the QAS
    * Supervising the supplier's activity.
