    2012 - 2012 Delivers on-premise and cloud-based solutions that monitor, measure and manage how end-users are utilizing enterprise applications to optimize end-user experience, enhance user performance, and deliver return on investment.

    Worked with the SAP EMEA leadership, within each of the three regions, to develop all strategies for end-user performance management (SAP UEM) solution. Was instrumental to each Country Manager and the corresponding account team to increase revenue in key SAP accounts, develop value propositions, train the sales team, CxO and customer presentations, as well as event management. The largest performing regions were Eastern Europe with Russia and South Africa taking the lead in revenue and new logo growth.

    Held numerous sales management roles across the sales organization, driving success within areas requiring development. Major sales area achievements included application life cycle management, homeland security, network & application performance management, seurity and US and Europe public sectors. Oversaw all sales, business transformation, partner development, business development and business planning and matrix management. Personal
    focus was on key accounts new logos, sustaining existing customers, and contract negotiations. Emphasized crossfunctional team training, coaching, and mentoring of direct country sales managers, solution sales, and marketing teams
    located throughout Europe.
    Key responsibilities and achievements:

    Responsible for the region revenue segmented across 17 different western European countries. More than 130% growth from prior year in new sales in Europe within the public sector. Performed Market analysis and positioning. Restructured, hired and developed teams across all of Western Europe;
    individual team-member accountability resulting in over 500% revenue increase. Met or exceeded all quotas throughout tenure and earned multiple company awards (7 Compass Club awards, and 7 Mini-club awards) in recognition of performance; awarded top sales achievement in 2010.

Services included model driven architecture, information engineering, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, transition engineering,
    and component based development.
  • CALIBRE SYSTEMS - Director Information Technology

    1989 - 1994 Management and technology services company delivering management analysis and technology solutions to the government and industry, with $158 M in revenue and 723 employees. Responsible for developing federal services business, managing the entire consultancy staff of about 30 consultants and managers, and ensuring all financial aspects of the IT directorate to include forecast and P&L on a quarterly and yearly basis. Projects focused on using Zackmann EA framework for data Integration, data model analysis, project management, and data and database administrations for large data sources across the US Army in the US and Europe
  • Applied Data Research (ADR) - DBA & Data Center Operations

    1984 - 1989 Large software vendor, "the first independent software vendor", in mainframe productivity and database software tools.

    Responsible for monitoring and controlling the database subsystem at the Customs and Border Law Enforcement Data Center. Engaged in defining and setting the database management functions and establishing backup and recovery procedures. Assisted in application design reviews, monitoring and tuning online and batch application bottlenecks, and performing error diagnosis for application and system failures.
