    Cergy 2015 - maintenant Lead a team of 5 people responsible for bulk sales of ground and marine fuels including biofuels:

    * Identify and implement business opportunities according to group strategy to develop footprint in the French market
    * Manage counterparties relationship (hypermarkets, trading houses, distributors, French Army) and financial risk, conducted competitive and market intelligence
    * Structure and negotiate spot and term contracts, respond to public sector tenders
    * Coordinate interface between BP's international trading arm and European business in order to maximise supply chain integration in France

    Cergy 2012 - 2014 Responsible for supply and operations of BP's 2 European terminal and the French Rhine bank, for LPG wholesale in Lavéra and Jet supply for AirBP:

  • BP - B2B Pricing & Optimisation Manager

    Cergy 2009 - 2012 Responsible for maximising B2B fuels sales by building daily pricing strategy and by managing price exposure. Focus on delivering profit and optimizing working capital:

    * Established pricing strategy for spot and term sales, managed daily price exposure
    * Optimized the sales distribution between channels of trade in order to maximise the integrated margin
    * Coordinated daily interaction between supply, transport, storage and sales marketing in order to ensure smooth operation, competitiveness and best market information usage
    * Contributed in setting up levers of competiveness (biofuels blending, certificate for energy savings)

  • BP - Commercial Analyst, BP Gas Trading Europe & LNG

    Cergy 2007 - 2009 Responsible for the economic analysis of a gas storage project in Joint Venture with Gazprom, Dong, EDF, EnBW and IVG. The project consisted of 2 JVs (operated by BP), which leased salt caverns, developed a processing plant and a 60km pipeline linking the facility to the Dutch traded market:

    * Led economic evaluations and co-ordinated internal due-diligence to ensure final investment approval
    * Provided commercial analysis to support negotiators in structuring agreements (Cavern lease agreement, Capacity booking, storage service and operation) and operational rules in line with the business case
    * Developed the JV's accounting framework. Trained the newly recruited JV Financial Director
    * Established project management standards (planning, reporting, risks management)

    2006 - 2006 Joined BP’s Eurograduate Programme (3 roles, 2 countries, 5 years)

    Cergy 2006 - 2007 Responsible for the economic analysis of an SAP implementation and new processes design at BP Rotterdam refinery and all Marketing Supply businesses in Spain and Portugal:

    * Led economic evaluations and co-ordinated internal due-diligence to ensure final investment approval
    * Defined and implemented performance indicators that link process improvements with financial value (PnL, balance sheet)
    * Authored a White Paper introducing a new performance management framework for the global Procurement function
