Jon Cooper is Team Leader for the Southern Europe region at Axios Systems where he manages daily operations for a group of expert Service Management consultants based internationally accross France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal. In this role he helps global clients of Axios Systems to improve the efficiency of their business processes by analyzing existing practices, defining optimized solutions, implementing appropriate tool sets and affecting organizational change.
Previous to his current position Jon worked as a consultant for Axios where he honed these skills and obtained numerous best practice certifications including ITIL Service Manager. At Bull, SA he was Product Manager for an IPBX solution and responsible for the product's UK-based development team. Jon has also held positions in a wide array of other capacities ranging from assisting traders in an investment bank to waiting tables in an exotic world-class resort.
Originally from Seattle, Washinghton Jon has been in France for the last 15 years working with global clients and managing multi-cultural teams internationally.
