Novapost offers solutions to ease daily task such as document delivery, document storage and archiving. Our goal is to deal with complex tasks reducing user's role to one-click-actions, drastically reducing costs of document management due to paper use.
For instance, thanks to Novapost HR, an HR manager can now deliver several thousand of payslips or HR documents to its employees within one minute and one click, using no paper, anywhere, any time using a web access.
Novapost HR ensures legal value of electronic documents, full traceability, data and privacy protection, throughout a full scalable system managing digital delivery, digital signature and records management on a highly secured SaaS platform supervised by IBM group.
Novapost is a pure SaaS player. Novapost thinks about the SaaS model as a great evolution for business services: no more licence, no more maintenance, no more IT integration, just service!?
Our main concern was to create a non-intrusive solution, fully compliant with main document management solutions, highly secured, performing complex workflows, and that would be as easy to use as a webmail. We did it with our first product, Novapost HR.
