Dear Sir,
Attracted by social media, cloud computing, mobile solutions and passionate about solving customer’s issues, I was driven to obtained a double master at ISC PARIS Business School, in partnership with the University of Cergy Pontoise, specialising in marketing and management in the field of information technology. The aim of this degree is to produce project managers with a strong understanding of, and the ability to solve, issues surrounding the field.
I have already displayed the implementation of these skills and proven my versatility in my associative activities and through my professional experience. I was the Communication Vice President of the student firm WebArt. Managing a team of ten students, my mission was to ensure commercial development of the organisation through exploration and monitoring contracts whilst also working with web and design departments on current contracts.
I also had the opportunity to do an internship in the Netherlands in the Inventec Company, a chemical company, as a marketing assistant. My role was to conduct a market study, on the gas SF6, covering an unknown area in the firm: Scandinavia. During this mission I had to create a customer database, gain prospective customers through telemarketing and identify their needs to determine the most suitable offers. In 2010, I successfully completed an internship at GDF SUEZ, where I aimed to optimise the performance of sales channels by improving an iterative process of the operations. Two years ago, I started to work as a Business Analyst at Kerensen Consulting in Paris. I was part of the team that installed the CRM Salesforce in several companies. Deployment of Salesforce went through workshop, Salesforce configuration, training’s material creation, writing requirement specifications and data migration. Finally, this year in order to upgrade my english level, ameliorate my autonomy and open my mind to others cultures I decided to move in Australia where I worked as Sales Travel Consultant.
Now, my ambition is to improve my pre-sales and project management skills but also bring my capacity to bridge the gap between business and technology to your company.
