    Blagnac 2007 - 2010 • AIT (Assembly, Integration and Tests) Lead Mechanical Engineer for Express AM4.
    Define and produce procedures, BOM, Work Instructions and routings. Define/design and monitor the production of all specific MGSE (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment). Co-ordinate and lead all critical handling activities as the Operations Director. Ensure traceability of the performed activities by keeping the applicable documentation up to date. Quickly and efficiently resolve technical, logistical, and organisational issues. Technical liaison with stakeholders, i.e. lead investigations, Non Conformance resolution, operational Support. Report to AIT Project Manager. Detailed knowledge of E3000 platform’s MGSE and processes.
    • Focal point for Portsmouth AIT on IPS (Integrated Production System).
    This project will culminate with the implementation of a common manufacturing system across all of Astrium’s AIT sites. Ensuring that all the department needs were taken into account.

    Blagnac 2006 - 2006 End of study Engineer internship: « Improvement of the technical data management ». Developed in HTML an electronic handbook for documentation configurators and planners. Carried out in collaboration with English counterparts, the main aims of this tool were the harmonization process in order to respect ISO 9001 standards and the creation of a handbook. Successfully implementated and will be soon extended to EOS (Earth Observation & Science) business unit.
