    Toulouse 2010 - maintenant - Experienced trainer with more than 300 people trained all over Europe in three different languages: English, French and Spanish. Main topics: Problem Solving, Supply Chain Methods & Tools, Lean & Six Sigma including statistical tools (KCs, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Capability, Control Plan..),

    - Qualified Airbus trainer for GRAMS, GRESS (Airbus requirements for Quality, Supply Chain, Industrialization, Project Management) and IPCA+ (Industrial Assessment deployed at suppliers). Certified Six Sigma by Ecole Centrale Paris.

    - An extensive number of consultancy missions mainly in Aeronautical Industry in Europe. Both technical and functional support and advice for prime manufacturers and rank 1 and 2 suppliers. Main assignments in the areas of Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Development, Operational Procurement, Lean and Six Sigma, Materials Management.

    - In continuity to MSc and PhD research works, and to bring concepts into practice, I am currently working to establish innovative strategies to develop concrete methods and tools answering to industry needs. Partial time researcher with publications on international indexed reviews and participation to conferences.

    2010 - 2013 Collaborative Problem Solving within Supply Chains: Framework, Process and Methodology. Application to Aeronautics.

    Award for Best PhD work at INCOM, Romania on May 2012. Award for Best PhD paper and presentation at ECIME, Ireland on September 2012. Nomination to Award Leopold Escande from the Toulouse University in 2014.
