    · Machines implementation in a brand new plant in Bulgaria.
    · Coordination of specified projects from preparation of bids to on site installation and commissioning,ensuring compliance with contractual, technical and commercial requirements and agreed time scale and costs.
    · Personal involvement in design and in specifications and ordering of bought-in equipment, liaising with other technical staff as appropriate.
    · Prepare detailed reports and summary information on all assigned projects for Senior Management.
    · Ensure satisfactory sign off and closure of all assigned projects with local Bulgarian authorities and plant manager.

    · Plant start up from scratch in less than 18 months ended by customer audit.
    · Significant European travels to supplier's sites for project co-ordination, supervision of installation, training, commissioning. Ability to relate to and communicate effectively with colleagues and with suppliers of many nationalities and cultures.
    · Simultaneously manage and control a number of projects (approx. 5-10 at any one time) by taking end to end responsibility for all implementation activities. Projects are typically taking 6-8 months, and range in value from 600k Euro to 1,500k Euro. Overall capital expenditure: 14 K Euro.
